Be Strong and Courageous

Life is full of challenges that can make us feel inadequate, fearful, or alone. In Deuteronomy 31:6, Moses encourages the Israelites as they prepare to enter the Promised Land, facing formidable enemies and an uncertain future. His words are just as relevant for us today.

God’s call to “be strong and courageous” isn’t about relying on our own abilities. Instead, it’s about trusting in God’s presence and power. The assurance that “the Lord your God goes with you” changes everything. No matter what battles or difficulties we face, we are not alone.
